Kid's Fest at Bladium Stadium

Emma will be starting her Lil' Kickers soccer program next Saturday so we went to Bladium to grab her uniform and catch a sneak peek of the class at their Kid's Fest event. Emma ran around the field with her Daddy kicking the ball, shot some hoops, tried out the bouncy house (not a big fan) and ate some free food. Here she is in her Addidas track suit - too cute!

Denver Nuggets VIP Event

Last night we were invited to a Denver Nuggets VIP event at the Pepsi Center. Emma had a blast running around on the court, chasing basketballs and cheering her Daddy and friend Andy on as they tried to land shots. I think Andy's wife Deepi made the first basket! Free food, a balloon artist (Emma got a hot pink teddy bear) and gifts as we left - pretty awesome!

Oh, and this super tall guy tapped Emma on the head as he walked by ... and it was Chris "Birdman" Anderson! I still don't know who that is but we got our picture taken with him anyways. Go Nuggets!

Sidewalk Chalk

We got a set of sidewalk chalk in the dollar section of Target - highly recommended. This was Emma's first experience with it and I think she had a pretty fun time. She threw a tantrum when we came back inside an hour later - which is usually a good sign she was having fun.

Emma enjoyed dumping the chalk out and putting it back and she also marked her territory with three pink lines as we walked down the block.

We also encountered a curious kitty cat from next door that tried to make itself comfortable in our flower bed. Emma liked the kitty cat as long as it stayed a safe distance away.

Emma and Daddy's Cuddle Time

Daddy is Emma's favorite cuddle bug right now. I can't blame her as my growing belly is leaving less and less cuddle up time for her. Here they are sharing cookies on the couch.
